Myths and Realities About the Importance of Mold on Your Life |
| Myth |
There is no problem in the air, the proof is
that I am alive and well.
|
| Reality |
It may be difficult to believe for some but indeed, the
sensitivity and the reactions to the chemicals and other poisons
that are in the air vary from one person to another. However,
everyone, without exception is affected more or less seriously.
According to you, is this possible ?

| Myth |
There is nothing I can do to improve the quality of air…
And then, it is not my fault if the air is polluted.
|
| Reality |
You are right partly, at least on one point: you are not
the only one responsible for air pollution. We have ALL contributed.
It is now urgent to act consciously. And as a responsible
person, yes, you can indeed do something to improve the quality
of the air inside, where you live, work and play. Do it for
YOU and those you love. |
 |
| Myth |
If there were really pollution problems, the government
would take care of it and; therefore I have nothing to worry
about, right ?
|
| Reality |
Yes, you are right. In an ideal world, it would be like
that. In fact, however, there are two points against governmental
intervention. On the one hand, all governments seem to be
definitely in a conflict of interests because of the enormous
financial benefit they derive from these sources of pollution.
In addition, the ministries for Health seem to prefer to intervene
directly on the damage caused on the health of people, rather
than to invest in prevention to reduce pollution. Do you think
it makes sense ?

| Myth |
In our house, the air is good and even if we are often
sick in winter, it is normal, because in winter everyone is
sick because of the cold weather and the variations in temperature
of this country.
|
| Reality |
And if there were some other causes for the most frequent
diseases in winter? You undoubtedly noticed that you spend
more time inside during the cold months ? However, the interior
air is more polluted & often much more than the outside
air. Considerable research confirm this: The interior pollution
is even more harmful and unhealthy than external pollution.
